[help] Correct way to replace mesh :Import FBX into unity3d
Hi ,
First sorry if i post in wrong section, just because i 'm not sure where should i post in
[DESCRIPTION]
I want to edit the UV of the mesh so i export the mesh into FBX ,then import to blender ,
edit the UV then import FBX back to SB3UG ,but i'm not sure if I import the FBX to sb3ug in correct way
All things seems work fine but i'm not sure if i did the correct way, please tell me if i should do something that makes better
I open the animator, and the fbx in SB3UG
The "meshes0.fbx" is the mesh of "cf_O_socks_00_d" so i select "importedMesh" like in the image and drop into
"cf_O_socks_00_d"

an pop-up window appears , i choose like in the image

then i do the same for "meshes1.fbx" for "cf_O_socks_00_n" mesh
[PROBLEM]
I guess i have to replace the mesh (because i just edit the uv and reimport back)
but if i choose "replace" method instead of "merge" like in the image , the result will have only 32 bones instead of 108

if i choose "merge" the result will have 108 bones like it should
[QUESTION]
i'm not sure if i choose "merge" is the correct way, please tell me if i should do something that makes better
or anything that i should do to "refine" the mod look as original (like normal, tangent...)
Thanks alot
I have read the tutorial about importing FBX into unity3d
http://www.hongfire.com/forum/forum...doa-5-valentine-s-apron-v1-1-11-05-2016/page2
i think "merge" is the correct way in my case ,but i'm not sure . so i really appreciate if somebody confirm it
and enimaroah post about Nml MonoBehaviours
http://www.hongfire.com/forum/blogs/enimaroah/5011019-
i think i don't have to replace Nml MonoBehaviours because i exported and reimported the same mesh(just edit the UV) but i'm not sure
