Help me identify this light novel please! >_<' (*Found!)

I need help identifying a Yuri/GL 百合 light novel (one off, not series), it's got a bluish cover, and something about 電 kanji and maybe Espers or 超能力者?

The book seems marketed as Scifi (SF) meets Occult, i may be wrong tho. The cover has two girls on the front, one long black hair, and I THINK the other short brown hair.
Please help identify!

Sry, I think 'denpa' was misleading, I'm not actually confident about the title name, also it's a Yuri/GL 百合 book with female protagonist, so not that one
