I have attempted to download a few games now that require a .msi to run properly. As I understand it the .msi file works like a virtual disk. However recently every game I download has a .msi file that when opened says the disk file is either corrupted or broken. I am extracting the .msi file the same way I extract everything else so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I use winCDE so open the .msi files. Is there anything I might be doing that corrupts the .msi files that I don't know about. Any help would be really appreciated. If it applies I am using windows 8.1.
