Help? Shin ringetsu premium edition?

Just downloaded from this page (http://www.anime-sharing.com/forum/torrents-47/5-071026-[selen]-真・燐月-premium-edition-nodvd-52816/) but cant seem to get the game running after using the crack/patch is it maybe because im running windows 7 x64 cause i tested with other computer running xp and it seems to work. I've also set everything to japanese as well (time,unicode etc.). If someone can help me out it would be much appreciated also cant seem to find the right page to posts help topics so i apologize for posting in wrong spot >.>.
