Help with Running the Game?

Hai ~ I'm a new user on Anime-Sharing, so if I posted anything wrong then please tell me!
So basically I installed the zip files and extracted two games, Alice=Alice and Bad Medicine.
After, I installed the games. I think I installed it correctly (can't read Japanese) b/c it ended up with a shortcut icon of the game on my desktop and no weird pop-ups or anything during installation.
When I tried running it, both of them ended with a message saying that the game had "stopped working".
If you have any questions about uh...my computer I will try answering to the best of my abilities but I'm not very good at techy stuff.

Are this game use Alpharom? Try to find the crack from download that they give link to download.
If you crack already and not work you try use compatibility mode set to windows xp.

Um...I have Windows 7. And erm...there's no crack I believe. When I extract the file, there is only a .iso (which I mount and install) and a music in a folder labeled (特典ドラマCD). I don't mess with the music file since I don't think I have to.
Not really sure what this Alpharom is? How would we know if it is or it isn't?

Hi, have you set your windows system local to japanese? I played Bad Medicine a while ago without problems, didn´t play alice=alice.

Yes ~ It was japanese before I downloaded the game and when I tried to play it.

Hi, i´v tried it today with bad medicine, mount iso in daemon tools, install the game, dismount iso and start the desktop shortcut, game runs without problems. I don´t change anything on the system settings. I have windows 7 64bit, you also have windows 7 but 32bit or 64bit version? You can try to start the Game exe with admin rights.

I will try alice=alice later today, must download the game.

One last question, you wrote that you set your local system to japanese as you download and play the game but was it also set to japanese as you install the game?

I think I've had something similar to that (in another otome game). What does it say when you view the problem details?

Hi, i play on my laptop it has 2 graphic cards the onboard HD Graphics 4000 and the Nvidia Geforce GT650M but the 2 games work with the onboard hd graphic 4000. Whats the name of your graphic card?

I had the same problem with the same games! And then I deleted them,after months I decided to try to download them again then it worked.I really don't know the reason,but the problem I was having was the game itself was suddenly starting to froze and close automatically.I really searched a lot about that but sadly couldn't find the reason or error that causes this,but I guess for my luck after installing again it worked!
