This is even more strange, considering the fact that Appetite brand specializes only in low-cost novels, which are always easily available as soon as they are released.

The only available source for the moment seems to be http://bbs.mikocon.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=26946 , but it requires paid membership ("You need to pay Access 780 to view the thread"). And it was released on 2016-10-14, i.e. almost 1.5 years ago, and no public release since then.
