Hey guys! New comer need help!

Recently i download the game 彼女が見舞いに来ない理由 (kanojo ga mimai ni konai wake) , I'm big fan of this series but when i start the game, i cant proceed "enter character name" part even with the default name given... other visual novel game works fine with my laptop...I will be very appreciate if anyone can help me with my problem!!!
