Was thinking it'd be cool to post all info related to soon to be released games. Like, just the news and not anyone saying 'oh that's cool' to keep the thread as clean as possible (we'll just use reactions to manifest our happiness instead) or the comment will be deleted (same for information said twice with no addition).
For example, if someone says 'Kenka Bancho Otome on switch announced' no one can give the same info without adding information. So for example 'japanese port on switch announced for kbo' or 'kbo port announced for 2025-01-16' are fine but 'kbo port on switch announced' would be redundant with no new information and thus deleted. And of course all messages like 'OMG FOR REAL?? FINALLYYYY' would be deleted as well since it's a news-only thread.
We could make one megathread only for games/DLCs and one for merch (goods, café collabs, events, Cd-Drama, official soundtrack CD, artbooks, novels etc.).
And if ppl want to react to something with words they can just make a new thread on Otome corner to talk about it with everyone.
For example : 'I'm super hyped about kbo port but when will it be localized in english? We've been asking for it for ages now and it's even been translated in chinese... What do ya'll think?'
That'd make this section more lively wouldn't it? What do y'all think?
PS :
Ofc we can talk about non-AAO Otome games! BL or R18 is fine but it'd be cool to precise if the news is related to a bl and/or r18 so that people who aren't interested will know it's not for them. For example : '[BL][R18] LuckyDog1 official english translation and editing are 100% complete according to MangaGamer! We might get the game soon!'

Idk what to do about sources yet, maybe making it mandatory will be better? I'd like to see with everyone what you think about this. So that we don't get false news or rumors.
