How to play japanese eroge in english

I think it would be a great addition to the site if there would be a how to guide for this since i've been checking the hentai games and i'm liking them but unfortunately most of them are in japanese so some tuts on how to use ITH,AGTH and some other applications that could help translate them would be epic :D

If I were you I would start by using chiitrans http://code.google.com/p/chiitrans2/ it has all you need and IMO the best for beginners and for advanced users too now that TA is no longer being developed...

Right now I'm using ITH and Translation Aggrigator. I usually get Translation Aggrigator to use the google translation and bing, as they seem to get the best results. I tried Atlas and like other people seem to use, but I didn't like it as much as Google and bing, even though Google and bing aren't that great. Are there any ways to get a better translation?

For the most part, when playing a game this way, I seem to miss a lot and 1/2 the time I don't know what's going on. I've been studing the Japanese language now for over 6 months, but I'm a ways off from being able to site read
