I paid this guy's fanbox and got insta blocked by him

does someone have anything from this guy? I basically bought his fanbox and could not see anything , I had to sent an image of my payment history in order to receive the password , I sent , and in the next day I got blocked , couldnt comment , text nor do anything. I'm pissed
