[Identify] Hentai manga about terminally ill guy hunting girls

Hi everyone!

I was hoping someone could help me identify a hentai manga I remember reading, but I cant remember the title.

The story starts with a guy in a doctors office, and the doctor tells him that hes sick and has like a month left to live. So the guy goes out and decides that if hes gunna die, he might as well fuck as many girls as he can. The last girl I think is an american loli (maybe all the girls are lolis), and the story ends with the doctor calling the guy back, and telling him that hes actually not sick.
