Japanese language settings wont turn off?

Hey guys

Just downloaded Windows 10 and I want to turn all those Japanese language settings for VNs off however I’m still getting some parts of Windows running with Japanese fonts on.

I set the format, location, and local to English/Australia yet it doesn’t fix it. Am I forgetting a Japanese setting to turn off?

I tried to turn it off when I had 8.1 a month or two ago but the same thing happened so I'm certain its not caused by the update.

I havent tried uninstalling the Japanese language pack yet

Delete cache on Windows Store app. Before I use Windows 8.1 pro. I set location to japan for download Live2D App on it when i want to locate my country it come back with english. Press Windows+R and Type WSReset.exe, and click/tap on OK.The Store will now open it said The cache for the store was cleared. You can now browse the store for apps. Try to access again.
