Lack of HD versions for slightly older hentai?

Why is it that for hentai from a few years ago, for example, Tenioha!, Ane Yome Quartet, Gakuen de Jikan yo Tomare etc, are only available online in 480p versions, or horrible looking 720p versions?
However, hentai released this year can all be found in 720p
