Little Busters error

I wasn't sure where to post this so if it belongs somewhere else, can someone please move it? Whenever I try to start Little Busters with REALLIVE.exe I get the 1503 error, which I believe says to insert disc. My iso was still mounted so I'm not sure what to do about that. Then I downloaded a no-cd patch and that just gave me a "Process was illegal closed - Please restart your Computer!" message. I'd really appreciate it if someone could help me fix this >.<

You need to change the language setting of your Windows to Japanese, so you can play it.
