From the author of elfen lied Parallel Paradise,there is also The Wrong Way to use Healing Magic ,Isekai Meikyuu de Harem o and is this may not be new but is not bad kekkon yubiwa monogatari,Risou no Himo Seikatsu.I think this ones fall under your criteria I hope this help you

some of them where already on the list i have (total bookmark list is over 80 pages with at least 20 on each)
Isekai Meikyuu de Harem o is only as a novel, (havent found the manga adaptation)

the others did not have many chapters yet, so reading those will take a little time, and i will be done with them quickly untill there are new chapters

otome game saikyou survival was pretty sick (it's a twist to the villainess type isekai genre where she tries to stay as much away from the OG story as possible and becomes an actual assassin)

i never know if that counts but if you're alright with time slip (so "isekai'd" in ancient times) there's sengoku komachi and sengoku strays that are very good! a girl who has knowledge about agriculture (but dw there are wars its not really a sol) and a girl who has excellent kendo skills

if you're fine with isekai with no reincarnation there's receptionist clock out (forgot the long ass title but thats enough to find it), it's a receptionist at a guild for adventurers who thought she got the jackpot with this stable job that has many employee benefits but because adventurers are incompetent she has to put in extra hours every day so she anonymously shuts down dungeons herself with her OP skill to clock out in time (without being caught because she doesnt want such an instable job like adventurer, and with her skill she's sure to be forced to switch jobs if she were to be found out lol)

wait i'll add something with a guy protagonist too lv2 kara cheat, tsukimichi and the new gate were pretty good, i think they got an anjme recently so you might already know about them, so maybe ore no shibou flag, its a guy reincarnated as the villain of an rpg he played and the pb is that he cant talk like he'd like and uses an extremely "villain-like" meaaaaan way to talk to other so it's kind of a pain to avoid the death flags lol well said like this it doesnt look like much but i think its well written and art is pretty!

ofc every synopsis i gave is about the start of the story, it usually gets much more complex later on, none of them are SoL chill type mangas

btw none of these are hentais, that aint my thing
