looking for the manga "The Limit"

I am trying to find the manga series called "The Limit" ... written by Suenobu Keiko

that I am aware of there was a really shitty American edition that was put out ... I saw a vol 1 & 2 ... (I'm not sure if it was ever finished) ... it was absolute trash, because the translator seem to think that Japanese high school girls all talked like 1980's "valley girls" ... the translation was pure crap

that I also know of ... there was some scanlation done by the old group Doko Demo Doa Manga Scanlations ... that I have been able to find the whole story was never scanlated, and the final ch I saw had the Doko logo obliterating almost every single image on the pages ... I am not sure why, but I suspect they had gotten a case of the ass about something and decided to just completely screw up what they were posting online


does anyone know if the story was ever completely scanlated ? ... and if so, by who ?

I would love to get a complete set of it ... (I think there was only 3 vols to the story)

raws would be nice if I could get a complete set of those :-) ... I might be able to read them in time (I am working on learning Japanese) ... and I know of a scanlation group or two that might work on them


any information would be greatly appreciated

Hi limit was completed by Demo Doa Manga Scanlations but is Licensed by vertical and they already completed the series 6 volumes and you can buy them in amazon

I guess you didn't bother to actually read what I said ... but in the initial post I said I was aware that an American licensed translation had been done ... and that it was complete shit

and evidently I am not the only one who thinks that licensed translation was crap ... because unlike the old Tokyo Pop licensed translations, and American licensed versions other manga ... the American licensed translation of Limit have never been scanned and uploaded to the internet by anyone ... no one wants that shitty translation

I also said that I was aware of the Doko Demo scanlations ... and I listed the problems with THAT version as well ... including the fact that no where on the internet has a complete set of those scans either


so no ... your post was not any help at all
