I recently remembered a game I played way back when, but can't remember the name at all. You played as the manager of an apartment building and could do things like hide camera's in your tenants rooms to take photo's to sell for cash. It was a sim style game, you had to do things like keep the rooms clean and buy improvements to the building and rooms to keep people happy. I think their might have been something about paying off a debt as well.
