Answered Massive Ads on ASF - Fu** what to do?

Well, since I my Ad blocker and and some script appications deactivated have (due that I again able am to write on ASF), getting more ads on the site slaped - and so also that at almost every click to an random section (e.g. to Spam Section) to some ads-sites opens or me re-directs. Well, it isn't like if at other sites this not were/would, but ASF seems really very infected to be.

Well, is there a solution maybe...?

We have zero pop-ups ads on the site. We only have banners. I think your browsers / computer are infected rather than ASF.

I suggest MAL https://www.malwarebytes.org/ is a good start, then run adwcleaner from https://toolslib.net/downloads/viewdownload/1-adwcleaner/ for a good wrap up

Both are free for personal use.

If you find anything dangerous, I suggest to try Spybot as well

However, it seems your only choice is to do a full reformat.

It will come back later, what you described seems there is an auto loader already installed on your PC. There is no other choice but to reformat. Manually find and clean the loader is very time consuming, and oftenly, require a lot of elite skill.

yeah, i know i don't have any problems with too many ads. it's definitely not ASF, it's your computer. do you go to many other sites too? because it'll be happening on other websites you visit too.

Well, at other websites I had as well, but not like at ASF - Dunno why, but it seemed that especially ASF with very much ads-traps given was (what me to be honest heavily on my nerve gone is)... But like Checky said: If not at ASF so is, then is sure a 3rd party medium between us: Me and ASF...

Well, anyway... I'll so-or-so next year my PC update let: from hard- to software...

Well, I did about a week mentioned: That I if until Sunday no problem have, that you (or a other Admin) it quiet close can^_^
