OK, I must've done something wrong, even after I read the Readme.
I installed the game, then I copy/paste the patch.xp3 into the game folder(place where I installed the game).
Somehow I couldn't play it.

Do I need to set my PC to Japanese setting 1st before install the game?

You'd help me help you if you could be more descriptive about how you can't play the game. Protip, one screenshot speaks a thousand words.

And before you go through the effort of explaining and taking a screenshot, YES, you do need to have your system locale set to Japanese prior to installing it.

Did you use Applocale when you install this game ?
I'm use daemon Tool mount .mds file and use AppLocale to open .exe file.
Change the name of game folder to english
(sample. D:\Game\妹いじめ to D:\Game\Imouto Ijime)
and install the game.
Copy the patch to game folder and use AppLocale to paly the game.
PS. I'm use Vista 32bit SP2

It was indeed the system locale. I didn't set it to Japanese.

I use Alchohol 52% to play all my files, and I got this game up and running, but when it says to copy the patch.xp3 file and paste it in the game folder that the .exe is in, when I installed it it didn't make a folder, the only folder is the virtual disk it's running from, so I trying pasting it there and it said there wasn't enough room, got any idea how I can get it working? Thanks, and sorry if this has been asked before, I'm still not totally used to it all yet. Hope you're all having good days/ nights. xD

Nevermind, I got the xp3 to copy into the folder... But the subs don't show up, it's still subbed in japanese, now I'm all confused. Haha, well, I'll come on tomorrow in the noon and see if there's any replies by you smart admin's and users. <3 Oyasumi.

Ah, thanks, I got it to work i'm replying a little late, the folder was hidden deep in a vast ocean of many folders but for some reason it was mixed in with the system folders rather than someplace it should've been like desktop or something lol. I finally found it though then I just refreshed the game, restarted laptop, and it was perfectly fine, thanks you for the help.
