Nana is a very popular variety idol/talent and Miki's sempai from the same management company that they work under. Miki always gets a ribbing whenever she's on variety shows since everyone - the other entertainers, MCs, etc - always accuses her of being a cheap copy of her sempai Nana. Why? Nana is really famous for being a super-hyperactive and excitable talent (just like Mikichan :P). Anyhoo Nana pulls a really scary one on Mikichan and she ends up in tears. Oh well :P lol
