This is the start of the new show that replaces Hakuchuumu. 'Kyou kara Tomodachi ni Naremasu ka?' ('Starting today, can we become friends?' Or 'will we become friends?'). The concept of the show: Since Rikachan doesn't have any close friends, they invite guests on the show who might become Rika's potential friend. Sort of an 'omiai' (matchmaking) setup you'll find with arranged marriages :P). But they both have to "shake" on it at the end of the show if they wanna give it a try. The first guest that was invited is a TV announcer (ex-TBS, currently a free agent). Will they become friends? lol
