The folder and EXE name is corrupted...
Which means your game installation is corrupted too.
Uninstall it and reinstall using Japanese locale

I did not know that until the installation had to be done using the Japanese Locate, when I reinstalled using the Japanese Locate, it worked! You spared me from having purchased the Original Game, I really was wanting to play a lot! Thanks You so much!
