Its working on me, firstly I used LEmulator ( locale emulator ) you can find it on google and download it.

1st thing first, install the game inside the drive you want to install and let the exe do the work
2nd thing is when you finish all the install, find the folder that you install the game and find " reallive.exe "
3rd thing is when you run the game and it says error, reject the 2nd disc, and re enter the first disc (PHL1)
4th thing is run the reallive.exe with LEmulator with Admin privileges.

Im run it with LEmulator but still legion lock...

Don't use the crack files, don't use locale emulator.

Literally open the Reallive.exe from the original installation then click cancel on the first "Japan only" pop-up then cancel again on the next popup.

I changed the folder name to something else/shorter then it worked for me. Try that out.
