Haruka is a student. At the beginning of July, getting close to summer vacation. Students in classrooms can hear cicadas singing noisily. After this invariable day finishes, the countdown to the summer vacation advances.... Going to the sea and to the mountain with friends, having a part time job.... spend freely for one month. Does it have to be run through AppLocale?
AppLocale doesn't really seem to work with windows 8.1, I installed it but it's not showing up anywhere for me to even use it.
