When I 1st installed it, I didn't use the default directory and didn't install on C disk, then a while later I changed my antivirus to avira and it deleted sth but I didn't care much (I was busy with uni and no time 4 games) and instead I went to Uninstall from control panel but didn't find it there so I deleted its folder.
Now when I try to reinstall it gave me the expired trial msg so I deleted the file "FJLTAFOU.BIN from C:\WINDOWS\system32\ which worked before for me but this time (even though it didn't give me the trial msg anymore) I still couldn't install, it gave a different msg:
ATLAS V14.0 product is already installed setup will be terminated

Note that I also deleted Fujitsu from Roaming and Local folders in AppData and used CCleaner
Anybody knows what I should do?

Avira i don't recommand to use.The scan is very bad. I recommand to use Kaspersky if your pc fast or you get old pc such atom,dual-core,Core i3 Avast or malwarebyte good work very well.If your program can't work well.Try to use revouninstall to uninstall ATLAS. it clean all program folder and registery well or use system recovery disc from fujitsu to reinstall or recovery windows from oem such like stock.Have you try system restore before? It can help to reinstall ATLAS to your laptop.Backup data before reset windows.Good luck

@ASUS Thank you so much for help
I'll follow your advice about the antivirus :)
When I tried revo, atlas wasn't in list of all programs (it's also not in the one from control panel), and I used the search function but no luck.
and even when I looked in registery manually there wasn't anything for atlas where it usually is.
I didn't try system restore bec I will have to restore to a date 12/2013 and that's way back I may lose other programs unless there's a way around this?

I read that you already tried the manual registry, but here are the registry entries of my ATLAS installation ... maybe it will help you :)
Open regedit.exe
HKEY_CURRENT_USER - Software - Fujitsu (delete the whole folder if you don't have anything else from Fujitsu installed)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE - SOFTWARE - Fujitsu (same as the folder above)
These are the two main entries but after deleting them it would be best to search for "atlas" and delete remaining entries as well ... if you're sure it has something to do with ATLAS.

And yes, if you'll use a system restore back to 12/2013 you'll most likely lose other programs as well. I can't imagine you haven't installed anything since this date :D

@pumasrevenge *cough* I'm so very sorry wasting your time on this but you were right >////< I apparently deleted the one in but not the one . I got distracted by the ESET leftovers right above it :/
Thanks for saying it again, I almost didn't want to check cuz how hard would it be to delete just 2 folders, you shouldn't mess that up even if you try >///< I want to kill myself now T^T I wasted 2 days trying everything I could think of *sigh*

it's installing now. THANK YOU <3

Are it working well.If it do well please set restore point when atlas work.If your hdd almost full ccleaner delete old system restore point don't delete your restore point. If this problem come back you can restore or if you don't like windows system restore. You can use Acronis true image for backup your data, program until your windows. Before backup please scan virus to clean malware to your backup clean. You can restore when your laptop or pc not boot. This image backup help you to restore faster than clean install windows.Enjoy learning from atlas.

No problem, you're welcome :) Here and there I'm having the same problem with other programs and mostly this is caused by changing the default directory (if it's not a "legal" version of the program) and faulty installations. In case of the last one the registry entries are created but the installation itself is faulty. In the end the files are deleted by the program itself (or you delete them manually) but the registry entry still exists, so Windows thinks the program is still installed on your pc.

Regarding antivirus programs: I'm using Microsoft Security Essentials along with Malwarebytes Pro. Especially Malwarebytes is really sensitive regarding malware and viruses. Under the right settings it will instantly put files you want to open in quarantine whereby other antivirus programs don't give any message at all. If it's someful harmful or not, I can't say though. On the other hand, if you're sure it's nothing harmful, you can recover the file at any time very easily.

I think you could just set your clock back in time to a date before Atlas was installed and install it again, then change the clock back to normal.

Yes, and I almost always change the directory >.< and the thing is I did this before with ATLAS on my old PC so I was very confused when it didn't work, I should have double-checked the registry..
Thanks for the suggestion! That's pretty much why I wanted to change my antivirus for the 2nd time they just up and delete stuff :/ so I'll try running those 2

This wouldn't work bec the problem wasn't the activation, but thanks anyway :) It's already working :D
