This one is the compilation for the PSP. I got a copy before, but for some reason, the voices didn't play. I checked the sound options and voice volume control for the voices were present, so I assumed there are voices.

What probably happened in your case was that the person who uploaded your previous copy, had removed all the voice files for the game. This was done to make the game smaller, easier to upload and to save space on the PSP so that more games could be added to the memory stick.
