If I remember correctly, Lose made a poll near the release of the main Maitetsu game asking about which girl(s) should appear and what costume(s) they should be wearing in the extra h-scenes that they were going to include in the patch.
I'm guessing this is similar to the extra patches that monobeno got that will add extra h-scenes.
