Found http://downmirror.tsundere.ne.jp:8001/download/stronger/d4619f539872d539868dcc79afa4d729/py_101.zip but sadly this is not archived at all on wayback machine, even tried w https://web.archive.org/web/2009022...merce/adult/stronger/Pygmalion-patchv101.html but also no luck with any of the wayback machine captures + official STRONGER site was flash and was not preserved properly, not even the index site, bc was done as swf(flash file). Unless someone kept an update file from a 2009 game....

We got really lucky today, I had an idea to look at some other Holyseal old mirror pages and... success.

Sadly, this one is lost at holyseal, even with IA captures, none of the mirrors survived.

...but must be this game patch is waay too obscure, not even official site had support page archived at all. If anyone can dig deeper, the file is fh_103.EXE in case anyone finds it by any crazy luck.

there is a lot of mirror sites like Lapistan or holyseal, so it's a tough task on 1 single user, if anyone has the time and wants to research on mirror sites from that list, give it a try.
