silky's plus?

silky's plus' title page shows a statement dated in June, saying that elf and silky's dev staffs became independent and created this new company and new brand. Silky's website then is closed by September, making me wonder what's the story behind. can anyone shed some light over the matter?

still, not much on what EXACTLY happened, but perhaps those are really insider information that nobody knows very well?
but seems elf and silky's will just both disappear from the industry
