Jellyfish had the limited number of copies when the book was out in 2011, and there are not many of them around at this time. Not only there are few places that can ship it outside Japan but there aren't many places that have the book in stock in Japan itself. You can purchase used ones from amazon.jp

But even for used ones, the price is almost 7 times as high. You can also search yahoo auctions. Either way, if you live outside Japan, you need to find a third person who can ship the item overseas.
