The door says

あの メモ を 参考 に 、 パスワード を 入力 し て みる か )

No god dam idea what is referring to, compass directions? but dont know how they relate to digits

So according to my limited knowledge of Japanese, it says the following:

> What is this? A password's hint?
> *unknown word* in all directions? What on earth could it mean?
The door:

Is the note they are referencing the hint? Or is there maybe something else you have received earlier in the game?

To be honest, we're working with very limited information here. I agree there's nothing that relates to numbers here.
