I wanted to change it earlier after i got this one but I felt it wouldn't proper to ask again right way

I want to know if I could change it to.

Just a reminder, this is internal policy but:

Each user are limited to a total of 3 changes. After that, you must have your account cancelled and register a new one.

Additionally, each changes must be 6 months apart from others. But exception can be granted.

The 3 times change is strict limit. After you hit it, you must cancel your account or leave it that way.
