Hello everyone, I hope this is the right section to ask for help with a VN. It felt like here was the most appropriate next to the request section. Anyways, let me give you the VN information before the actual question.

So I have this VN, with the animation added addition though I run into problems when the game tries to play the animations. It causes the game to crash and I have no idea why. I've looked at the specs required for the game and I don't see how my laptop can be having problems with it. I have the latest Direct X installed too. The Windows crash report isn't very helpful either. It ran the animations fine on my other laptop before that computer started having problems with the fan and I had to stop using it. I am curious if anyone who owns this game came across the same problem and knows of a way to stop the game from crashing when trying to load the animations.
