what are the major long-term or short-term goals you're hoping to achieve?
what have you been doing recently to go toward them?
what has been getting in the way of achieving those goals?
after writing your reply, read the spoiler and see if it applies to you :3

Regardless of what things a person does or wants to accomplish, it all boils down to wanting to be happy with your life. Either through big or small things, we hope to grasp every bit of happiness. But what research has found was that being social is a key factor in being happy. Strangely, making other people happy is part of what makes oneself happy. (think of some friends, or other people you like.) Even if we don't realize it in our current goals, they will ultimately find their way into something social, indirectly or direct. (it may be difficult for you to see the different ways for that XD) Socializing doesn't have to be part of our goals, but it has been shown in many cases to be necessary for well-being.
