It is rhythm, not rythmn.
Indeed there is a hentai with this title, but a bit different to the normal ones, a 2 episodes OVA 1998/1999. Released on VHS by DEZ (Dreamy Express Zone) Angel and DVD by KSS, even licensed by Anime18 (Central Park Media) in the U.S. as "Pure Love" = uncensored.
Correct complete title is Rhythm: Koi no Ritsudou / Pure Love / Rhythm 恋の律動
