Bokurano - the whole story was so sad, mainly because:

Every main character is dying one by one and you're hoping they find a way to survive, but nope, they all die.

Also the ending was perfect, one of the best I've ever read :)

It was really sad. It made me cry because it was about deep bonds that you share with your parents and dearest friendships. And suicide. Cried like a baby.
