WUpload over capacity?

Anyone else having truly terrible speeds on WUpload? I got a premium account with them (for now) and I'm getting 200-300KB/s speeds most of the time, free FileServe is giving me 400-500KB/s (their limited speed). I went WUpload premium when FileServe premium started feeling over capacity, but I guess it's time to switch back again... :(

I recommend using a tool like IDM to enjoy the advantage of multiple parallel connections - I usually max out my connection that way.

I am using a tool, jDownloader, but even if I use 10 connections I'm only getting fairly low speeds usually from WUpload :\

I'm having the same problems :(, I live in China so I don't expect my speed to be any good. But my speed has dropped from a decent 230kbs to about 5kbs D:

WUpload is also the only site that hasn't been blocked in China yet so im begging to become concerned =/

If you are in China, you should use IDM to download any filehosting no matter how narrow is bandwidth's port.

BTW, filesonic isn't blocked in China and fileserve is blocked in Hongkong.

Are there any download managers that can bypass the captcha? I'm using FreeRapid, it allows me to use multiple proxies so I can start the downloading of multiple parts, but it doesn't have the ability to bypass captcha.

I'm in a bit of a special situation, I goto an international school in Shanghai so they enforce use of macbooks. Other than that the rest of my computers are old and used by my parents. From the looks of it, IDM doesn't look mac friendly and I am not allowed to use things like bootcamp, VMware fusion etc.

On a side note, yes Filesonic is not blocked in Shanghai, BUT it is blocked whenever i put in a DL link. Yes I know this is weird and I don't know why either. I could even make a vid to show If needed.

Do I need to pay for a premium version of JDownloader for it to automatically enter the captcha? I tried it with Uploaded.to and Uploadstation links. I still need to enter the captcha manually. And it doesn't seem to support multiple proxies like FreeRapid does. I think I'll stick with FreeRapid for now.

This sounds very gay, I smell Apple's immoral ethical business practice again, but knowing Apple, that's not so surprising. I'd rather using no PC than using a gaybook.

IDM doesn't offer MAC version.

There's no such premium version of JDownloader as far as I'm aware. If it cannot enter the captcha for you, then, it may not support automatic captcha for those file host site at all.

But speaking for "Over Capacity", since when does a file host/sharing site run out of space? Very curious indeed.

by "Over Capacity" I believe the OP means the bandwidth is saturated to the point where DL speed is crawling, not lack of storage space. and this happens quite frequently with popular hosts.

This means every captcha which can be broken is supported - and ReCaptcha is one of them. Don't ask me where to get the OCR engines though - finding them can be a bit of an hassle.

I tried other hosts, but I still can't get the auto captcha recognition to work.
