Well they have rules that member who makes donation can get zeny to download.

You may need a translator to understand Chinese.

I also know xinplay and otomeukiyoe if you want to know otome download websites.
These two are Chinese websites.
Tip:you can use auto website refresh plugin to upgrade you account to get more access, but you still need to be active to buy resources.
