Hellsing and Hellsing Ultimate Dual Audio

I have been wondering about this ever since I saw the RAW Hellsing ultimate upload.

I was going to ask, would it be possible to upload the original series in Dual Audio?

Following that, what about Hellsing Ultimate in Dual Audio at 720p or 1080p?

Just curious about it.

The thing is, I want to be able to stream it from my desktop to my HDTV. Even though small it gave no quality. I'll wait until an English dub release has been uploaded.
