I have no idea why this is so hard to come across, with the popularity of this series. The only way to play FFVII with mod support in Japanese.

This was actually uploaded some time ago in the FF VII thread on Rin. Except noone would crack it.
And it's possible many of the usual mod tools won't work on it either.
