Hey so i downloaded this from here the suposely i thought it was the game and update

but when it finished i extracted it a saw it was a .exe file saying its an updata, when i try to open/load it it automaticly gives me a error saying "Unable to open udm file", i checke everywhere and i dont see any file with that format, i even tried to place this inside the game i had 1.03 and open it cause he would probably might need the game but no, so im here to ask if anyone know how this works or a guide to know how to use it cause im pretty clueless what this file is and its the second one i download thinking its the game and its a .exe file.
