Cannot log into Sofmap

[HV3]

I am not sure if it is because of my US keyboard but no matter what I cant log into Sofmap, I've made an account (all english letter and number gmail and also pass is letters and numbers) and when I attempt to log in I get this error:

I have changed my password countless times still the same issue.
I know it should have something to do with half-width characters.

How do people with non-JPN keyboards log into sites the require half-width. Sofmap is the only site that I'm having this issue with.
