[Dark Angel]

I am greeting all my good friends here at the Anime-Sharing that is more or less my on-line home! So this thread is all about wallpapers. The wallpapers that i will present here if not daily at least once per week will be wallpapers either made from scratch or combined many elements and styles and effects on some already made wallpapers.

It's been a while since i last time i update the thread and i come up with a more say Beta version of this requested background. I named it as "School Boy & Water Bubbles" The render is an original character that was taken out from another background. An i stored for some time without using it. So i though i should use it as a Beta / Test ground base of a requested wallpaper. And here it is. I can't decide to finalize this background yet. But i hope that you will like it.

Great composition, but feels overlevelled and lacking in focus. A combination of overly-strong levelling/curves/vibrance and excessive effects (i.e. the bubbles) obscure the parts that should be focal and make the object (the guy) weaker against the ambience (the bubbles). Finally, while the colouring on the guy gets darker further down, the water has practically the same colour ranges from top to bottom, causing a discrepancy in the feel of depth.

Suggestion: avoid excessive levelling (I'd even reduce vibrance and/or saturation since the render already has vivid colours), reduce the amount of bubbles and make them proportional to the positioning of the render—like, say, fewer around his face, fewer in the ambience, but more around his lower body since the idea seems to be to show him splashing into a body of water—to avoid obstructing focal areas, and simulate a feel of depth in the water through use of curves, gradients, photo filters with layer masking, etc.

As a closing, I'll reiterate that the wallpaper has a great overall composition. It gives a nice feel of buoyancy.

Some modification were done after [MENTION=2]Ignis[/MENTION]; suggestions. But because i am trying to achieve a specific unfocused style mimicing my favorite artist it's been done this way. It still is in Beta condition.
