Princess Evangile installer is not working

I was wondering why this was happening so i looked it up on youtube and nothing seems to be working and i thought maybe you guys could help me so i am asking why this is happening and how can i fix it it is for Princess Evangile ~W Happiness~

ERR 123 looks like the setup is pointing to a filename, or folder that does not exist or is damaged, try to copy all the files in the iso to your hard drive and try to install from there or get a new iso from a working copy of the game.
