Sorry. Should've been more specific.

I did run the new anioka.exe (installed from crack), and then that message popped up. Also, the thumbnail image of the new anioka.exe is a different thumbnail from the original anioka.exe. Makes me wonder if, since the crack was taken from another game, my system is reading it as an exe for 恋がさくころ桜どき instead of anioka (even though it's named anioka.exe).

Here's a look at the thumnails from the install folder.

Okay. Downloaded the patch from the torrent found at http://tokyotosho.info/details.php?id=867690 and this one worked, in case this helps with anyone else having a similar problem.

Which is exactly the same file posted by us (mikocon).
The instruction also stated it is a crack from sakusaku.

Exactly, which is why it was so weird. I did notice that when I copied the contents of this rar it contained files named 恋がさくころ桜どき.exe and a 恋がさくころ桜どき.exe.emb file, which weren't in the first rar crack I downloaded. The original file I downloaded must've gotten corrupted during download.
