learning japanese from the very beginning

i hope its ok to post this here: i seriously want to learn japanese, but i dont know with which book/app i should start.

my priority one is understanding the spoken language and being able to read japanese,
my priority two would be to actually learn how to speak japanese.

which android-apps (ios only as a second choice) or books would you recommend?

Genki is one of the most used books for learning Japanese as a second language
