well we have a lot of chile here. it's a crop we're really proud of, so a lot of our food has chili. and i've gotten so used to spicy, that if it's something that chile doesn't go with, i end up using a lot of pepper lol
depends on the kind of cheese, but it can give me a really bad stomach ache
