Well i i didn't download using the Mod Manager, and it never appeared in the Plugin section (I didn't do anything at all in the plugin section o: )
You're trying the Miku mod so it might be different to mine.. Best i can do is say how i got FF13 mod to work for me
Run-Select Skyrim (Of course :P) -Mods. And then extract the mods from their original folder and individually install them (At first they were all packed into a Free Opener or something file which at first i put straight into the mod manager lol) -Activate them, Launch Skyrim
That's what i did for my one, Not sure if it helps at all, I wanna try out the miku mod sometime though :3 haha
