I know i use to read a lot of shotacon manga and i still do even now, whereas Bara is something i got into just recently.

Well there aren't any Otome 18+ games that i know are translated but you can find more in the Hentai section.(untranslated)
I've recently got into the 18+ genre ,but don't know which i could recommend you.
