    Hmm...terra because in the end he became xeanorth sad plus his strong and he looks cool when he uses his dark powers and The Zentutsken.

    Aqua because she sacrificed herself to save terra from falling into the realm of darkness and becoming xeanorth but sadly she failed I like her ghost drive it's cool.

    And the last one Roxas he's cool looking awesome when he uses two keyblades.
